Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Notice about Reservations

Reservations for classes including multiclass packs expire and may be subject to future price changes. Classes are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the Company at any time. Any reservations held for a class that has been cancelled may be used to reserve another class at a later date. Reservations may also be made on a walk-in basis according to availability. Expiration dates always apply unless explicitly waived in writing by the Company.

Your credit and/or debit card may be charged when you submit your reservation. ROWViGOR will not process reservation charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that the Company may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a reservation made through the Website and return the class credit to your account, you must cancel your class reservation at least 24 hours prior to the schedule class start time. If you have not cancelled your reservation 24 hours prior to the schedule class start time then you will lose eligibility for a refund or other class credit.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis but reasonable accommodations for injury, emergencies and other circumstances are considered. Please contact us at support@rowvigor.com if you require a refund.
